Since joining Goat as a freelance editor in 2019, I have advanced to the position of Head of Production. In this role, I oversee the production of approximately 500 daily vlogs, which have generated over £8 million in billings. My journey began with hands-on editing, allowing me to refine my skills and understand the intricacies of content creation. This strong foundation enabled me to transition seamlessly into leadership, where I now manage a diverse team of creatives and production specialists.
One of my key initiatives has been to pioneer a comprehensive and streamlined client experience production process. This framework is designed to guide clients through every stage of their GOAT journey, starting from the initial request for proposal content which is a significant differentiator when the team goes in to pitch. I prioritize clear communication and transparency, ensuring clients feel informed and involved throughout the entire project lifecycle. This approach not only enhances client satisfaction but also builds long-lasting partnerships. I oversee detailed post-campaign analysis videos, which provide clients with valuable insights into performance metrics and audience engagement. By equipping clients with this information, we help them understand the impact of their campaigns, enabling them to make informed decisions for future projects with us.
In addition to marketing and business development content, I am responsible for all client branded content at the agency. This involves curating and managing high-quality output that aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals. I ensure that every piece of content we produce not only meets our rigorous standards of quality but also delivers significant value to our clients. My commitment to excellence drives our team's efforts to innovate and push creative boundaries, reinforcing our reputation as a leader in the industry.
