Lead Video Producer

Mastered was a big deal for me… It brought all of my skills together into one role and sharpened them.

The most challenging but ultimately rewarding part of this role was building the team. Either sourcing new editors on a rolling freelance basis, identifying their skill sets and assigning them projects, or finding new full time staff to fit the team and the wider company.

I was lead video producer for content produced across 9 accelerator courses (Photography, Art Direction, Fashion Styling, Hair Styling, Makeup, Menswear, Womanswear, Luxury Retail and Female Leadership)

Tom’s an absolutely smashing guy to work with, whether he’s managing high profile talent on set, mentoring his team, collaborating with producers, editors and clients, or developing new ideas. He brings an incredible energy to every part of the production process, and has had a huge impact on Mastered’s culture.
